Industrial Collaborations
- Under this programme, our department will serve for industry with our technical expertise and industry will contribute by providing opportunity of service and by absorbing our students in their firm.
- We have also seeked suggestions from two industries for modification of our syllabus as per need of industry. Ethix Pharma, Bilaspur and ATG labs, Pune, have provided inputs which were accepted by our department to fulfill the gap of industry and institution.
- The Department has signed MOU with ETHIX PHARMA under Industrial Collaboration Programme in 2013 and various investigations in collaboration are continuing viz.,
- Study of efficacy of some active ingredients on Helicobacter pylori.
- Study of pathogenic fungus associated with gums and their control.
- We have also signed MOU with Sai Bioinfosys, Nagpur.
Industrial Feedback
To meet the need of the industry we seek suggestions fromindustrial houses for amendment of our course of study.
After suggestion of two industrial houses i.e., EthixPharma and ATG Labs, Pune, we have included following topics in our syllabus –
- Clinical Research.
- Drug Designing.
- Bioinformatics.
- Nano Biotechnology
