Respectable citizens and students Dr. Dwivedi termed it to be national problem. Bastar,Rajanandgaon, Sarguja and other Places of Chhattisgarh are afflicted by this problem. We will have to think over what. Naxalites in fact want. The problem can be solved through dialogue, argument and discussion. It is worth pondering why 15 years after formation of Chhattisgarh state there is no solution to the problem. This is true that somewhere our efforts are lacking. Every body's priorities are determined on the basis of interests.

Dr. Dwivedi opined lack of development is not related with problem. Strong will power is essential for solution to problem. A time bound policy has to be determined to solve the problem. Chairing the program Brigadier (Retd) Hemant Mahajan, VSM through power point presentation explained internal enemy is more harmful than external enemy. For solving the problem officials and policemen will have to go field. Special guest Dr. N.P. Dixit,V.C. Durg University stressed on realizing the agony of Naxal affected persons.
Delivering welcome address principal Dr. Sushil Chandra Tiwari said Naxal problem is deterrent to development of developing Chhattisgarh bilateral talksare necessary to find a solution.
